Prices are F.O.B. and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: On large orders we use independent truckers. For smaller orders, as us about delivering. Please provide delivery directions. All freight charges must be paid on delivery unless prior arrangements have been made. It is the customer’s responsibility to unload plant materials.

Terms: Established accounts are Net 30 days from date of shipment. Accounts past 30 days will be charged interest at one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month. Companies continually extending net 30 days terms will revert back to cash in advance only.

All new accounts are Cash with a down payment of fifty percent (50%) with order. Balance is due at time of shipment.

Cancellations: Must be made in writing and received by us two weeks prior to scheduled ship date. Cancellations made after plant material has been dug, are your responsibility. You will be invoiced for full value of the dug material. A ten percent (10%) fee will be charged if the order has only been tagged and not dug.

Summer Digging: May 15- September 30 (dependent on weather conditions). Add 20% prices. Terms are CASH IN ADVANCE ONLY to ALL. Plants will not be dug until payment is received. Full payment constitutes an order and must be received 7-10 days prior to actual desired ship date. Once plants are dug, cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be given. Absolutely no claims accepted on summer dug material.

Guarantee: We give no warranty, expressed, as to life, description of quality, productivenss, or any matter of nursery stock or plants that we sell. It is mutually agreed that our total liability for any error should stock prove untrue to name as labeled, shall be limited upon satisfactory proof to our replacing tree or refunding the purchase price thereof.

We accept all orders subject to crop conditions, errors in count, and with the understanding that the same shall be void should injury befall the stock because of weather.

Claims: All claims must be made in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of nursery stock.
